    4(4 oz each) salmon fillets
    3 tbsp.Hy-Vee Dijon mustard, divided
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee Italian seasoning, divided
    1 tsp.chopped chives, divided
    ¼ c.crushed General Mills corn flakes, divided
    3 tbsp.Hy-Vee butter, melted, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil.
    2. Place salmon skin-side-down on foil. Spread a thin layer of mustard on the top of each fillet.
    3. Season fillets with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and chives. Top evenly with corn flakes. Drizzle with butter.
    4. Bake for 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
