    Things To Grab

    • 8-inch square baking dish
    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • Small bowl
    • Whisk
    • Large skillet
    • Meat thermometer

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.

    2. Stir together chili powder, cumin, paprika, crushed red pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and black pepper; set aside.

    3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes or until browned (165 degrees). Remove pan from heat; drain. Mix in Homemade Taco Seasoning.

    4. In a medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix and water until soft dough forms. Using fingers, pat dough into bottom of prepared pan and ½-inch up the sides of baking dish.

    5. In same bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and Cheddar cheese until well combined. Layer beef mixture, tomato, and chiles over dough; spoon Greek yogurt mixture over top.

    6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until edges of dough are light golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.
