1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee Hy-Vee Select frozen super sweet corn, thawed | ||
½ c. diced red pepper | ||
¼ c. thinly sliced green onions | ||
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley | ||
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice | ||
1 tsp. minced garlic | ||
¼ tsp. ground cumin | ||
12 Wimmer's natural-casing wieners | ||
12 Hy-Vee bakery brat buns, sliced |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine mangos, black beans, corn, red pepper, onions, parsley, lime juice, garlic and cumin. Let salsa stand 30 minutes to develop flavors.
- Cook wieners until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and place on bun.
- Top each with 1/3 cup salsa.
