    1 medium mango, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 c. Hy-Vee Hy-Vee Select frozen super sweet corn, thawed
    ½ c. diced red pepper
    ¼ c. thinly sliced green onions
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    ¼ tsp. ground cumin
    12 Wimmer's natural-casing wieners
    12 Hy-Vee bakery brat buns, sliced

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine mangos, black beans, corn, red pepper, onions, parsley, lime juice, garlic and cumin. Let salsa stand 30 minutes to develop flavors.
    2. Cook wieners until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and place on bun.
    3. Top each with 1/3 cup salsa.
