    4 (3 oz each) cube steaks
    1 small onion, chopped
    Freshly ground Hy-Vee black pepper
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee reduced-sodium beef broth or white wine
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee reduced-sodium soy sauce
    ½ c. fat-free sour cream
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee prepared horseradish
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee dill weed
    Hot mashed potatoes, for serving

    Directions

    1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steaks and onions; season with pepper. Cook steaks 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
    2. Add broth and soy sauce. Cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes or until steaks are tender.
    3. Meanwhile, combine sour cream, horseradish and dill in a small bowl. Add to skillet and stir well. Heat through.
    4. Serve steaks with sauce over mashed potatoes, if desired.
