3 c. fresh broccoli florets
1 c. baby carrots
¼ c. Hy-Vee seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee margarine
1 tbsp. sesame seed
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, cook broccoli and carrots in a small amount of water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 6 minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. In a small skillet, toast bread crumbs in margarine.
  4. Add sesame seed and salt to crumb mixture.
  5. Place vegetables in serving bowl. Sprinkle with crumb topping.
