Creamy Raspberry Parfait
Servings and Ingredients
|3 c. fresh raspberries, washed and patted dry|
|2 c. Hy-Vee fat-free whipped topping, thawed|
|1 (6 oz) container Hy-Vee fat-free raspberry yogurt|
|1 c. Hy-Vee honey oats and flakes cereal, divided|
- Place raspberries in a medium mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, gently fold together whipped topping and yogurt.
- Layer half of fruit, half of whipped topping mixture and 1 tablespoon cereal in 6 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Repeat layers once.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.
