    1 c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    1 tbsp. curry powder
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee dried parsley
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee sugar
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
    raw vegetables and/or Hy-Vee pita chip, for serving

    Directions

    1. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl. Fold in curry powder, parsley, sugar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    2. Serve with raw vegetables and/or pita chips, if desired.
