    1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee milk
    2 tsp. lemon or lime juice
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin
    ½ tsp. ground paprika, plus extra for garnish
    1 (6.5 oz) can jumbo lump crab meat, drained
    ½ avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped
    ½ c. chopped red onion
    ½ c. chopped canned pickled vegetables, optional
    3 medium apples, thinly sliced

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, cumin and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Stir in crab meat. Add avocado, red onion and, if desired, pickled vegetables; stir gently to combine.
    2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture onto thinly sliced apples. If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
