    2 c. small broccoli flowerets
    1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth
    ⅔ c. water
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    ¼ tsp. salt
    1 c. quick-cooking couscous or whole-wheat couscous

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, combine broccoli, broth, water, garlic and salt. Bring just to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer covered, about 3 minutes, or just until broccoli is crisp-tender.
    2. Stir in couscous. Remove saucepan from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
