1 prepared pizza crust
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning
1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee refried beans
⅓ head(s) lettuce, shredded
1 c. Hy-Vee finely shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 medium tomato, diced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 (2.5 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained
Hy-Vee sour cream, for garnish
Hy-Vee Select corn and bean salsa, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place pizza crust on a pizza pan or plate.
  2. Combine cream cheese and taco seasoning. Spread over pizza crust.
  3. Spread refried beans over cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onions and olives on top.
  5. Cut into 12 to 16 slices.
  6. Serve with sour cream and salsa on top.
