    1 (14.5-oz.) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
    3 c. Hy-Vee beef broth
    1 (16-oz.) bag frozen Hy-Vee mixed vegetables

    Directions

    1. Place roast, onion soup mix and water in a slow-cooker. Cook on HIGH for 6 to 8 hours or until tender.

    2. Remove roast from slow cooker and shred into bite-size pieces. Discard cooking liquid.

    3. Transfer meat to a Dutch oven and stir in tomatoes, broth and vegetables. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
