Toasted coconut chips, for garnish

Directions

  1. Stir together oatmeal and cocoa in a microwave-safe serving bowl. Stir in water.

     

  2. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.

     

  3. Top with granola. Garnish with blueberries and coconut chips, if desired
