    12 Omega eggs
    ½ c. chipotle mayonnaise
    4 slice(s) natural bacon, cooked, crumbled
    2 tbsp. Organic Valley shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp. mustard
    ½ tsp. organic dried dill weed
    salt and pepper, to taste
    cayenne pepper

    Directions

    1. Place eggs in a saucepan. Cover with cold water.
    2. Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Cover. Let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from water. Cool.
    3. Peel the eggs. Cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Set egg whites aside.
    4. Stir together yolks, mayonnaise, bacon, cheese, mustard, dill weed, salt and pepper.
    5. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Lightly sprinkle eggs with cayenne pepper. Refrigerate until serving.
