Chipotle Deviled Eggs

½ c. chipotle mayonnaise | ||
4 slice(s) natural bacon, cooked, crumbled | ||
2 tbsp. Organic Valley shredded cheddar cheese | ||
1 tbsp. mustard | ||
½ tsp. organic dried dill weed | ||
salt and pepper, to taste | ||
cayenne pepper |
Directions
- Place eggs in a saucepan. Cover with cold water.
- Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Cover. Let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from water. Cool.
- Peel the eggs. Cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Set egg whites aside.
- Stir together yolks, mayonnaise, bacon, cheese, mustard, dill weed, salt and pepper.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Lightly sprinkle eggs with cayenne pepper. Refrigerate until serving.
