    Zest of one lime
    1 tbsp. lime juice
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
    ½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, at room temperature

    Directions

    1. Combine lime zest, lime juice, salt, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Stir into butter.
    2. Shape into stick shape on butter wrapper or put into a small covered bowl. If shaping into a stick, wrap tightly with wrapper or plastic wrap once the butter is firm. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
