    1 (6.2 oz) pkg Rice-A-Roni fried rice
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter
    2 c. water
    1 (8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced water chestnuts, drained
    ½ c. frozen Hy-Vee broccoli florets
    ⅓ c. diced bok choy
    2 c. chopped skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked
    ½ c. shredded cabbage
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet, sauté rice and noodles in butter until noodles are golden. Stir in seasoning packet and water. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes.
    2. Stir in water chestnuts, broccoli and bok choy. Cover. Simmer 5 minutes.
    3. Stir in chicken, cabbage and soy sauce. Cook until heated through.
