    Serves 4
    4 Hy-Vee low-fat fajita-sized flour tortillas
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded pizza cheese, divided
    1 c. shredded cooked chicken
    ½ c. Hy-Vee salsa
    ½ c. chopped green pepper
    ½ c. seeded, chopped tomato
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Place tortillas on cookie sheet; sprinkle 2 tbsp cheese on each tortilla.
    3. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    4. Combine chicken and salsa; spread on tortillas. Top with remaining cheese.
    5. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Top with remaining ingredients.
