Directions
Pour fat into a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat.
In a small bowl combine cold chicken broth and cornstarch, whisking until smooth and well incorporated.
Reduce heat to medium-low; add chicken broth mixture, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, sage and poultry seasoning. Whisk briskly until mixture thickens and begins to boil.
Keep warm until serving.
