|1 (16 oz) pkg That's Smart extra wide egg noodles|
|1 lbs. pork sausage|
|½ lbs. lean ground beef|
|½ c. finely chopped onion|
|½ lbs. Hy-Vee Smooth ‘n’ Cheesy, diced|
|1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup|
|½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream|
|½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee tomato paste|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste|
- Prepare egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Cook sausage, ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Return to skillet.
- Reduce heat to low. Add cheese, soup, sour cream, milk and tomato paste; stir until cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in cooked noodles. Pour into a greased 13-by-9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
