    1 (16 oz) bag frozen Green Giant mixed vegetables
    1 (10.75 oz) can Campbell's condensed Mexican cheese soup
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste
    2 c. frozen Ore Ida hash browns
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an ungreased 2-quart baking dish, stir together vegetables, soup, milk, salt and pepper.
    2. Sprinkle hash browns over the vegetable mixture. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
