    1 ¼ lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
    1 ½ c. water
    3 c. Hy-Vee bow tie pasta, uncooked
    1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee Select Caribbean blend vegetables
    8 oz. Hy-Vee smooth and cheesy loaf, cut into cubes
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee basil
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee red pepper flakes

    Directions

    1. Spray a large skillet with Hy-Vee non-stick cooking spray. Cook chicken strips over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 6 to 8 minutes.
    2. Stir in water and pasta. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
    3. Stir in vegetables, cheese, garlic, basil and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring frequently until cheese is melted.
    4. Serve hot.
