2 tbsp. Hy-Vee light salad dressing | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese | ||
2 tbsp. real bacon pieces |
Directions
- Cook asparagus in boiling water 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
- Meanwhile, combine salad dressing, skim milk, cheese and bacon pieces in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute, stirring half-way through.
- Stir asparagus into cheese mixture.
