    ½ c. Hy-Vee cornflakes, crushed
    4 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted, divided
    1 (7.25-oz.) package Hy-Vee thick & creamy macaroni & cheese dinner
    ½ lbs. lean ground beef
    1 tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk

    Directions

    1. Combine cornflake crumbs and 1 tablespoon melted butter; set aside.

    2. Cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling water for 7 to 8 minutes; drain.

    3. Meanwhile, brown ground beef with onions; drain.

    4. Combine macaroni, beef mixture, cheese sauce mix, milk and remaining 3 tablespoons melted butter. Pour into a 1-1/2-quart casserole dish and top with cornflake mixture.

    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
