    1 (16-oz) package Hy-Vee rotini
    1 ¼ c. light ranch dressing
    1 (8-oz) package Hy-Vee 2% fancy shredded mild cheddar cheese
    1 ½ c. broccoli florets
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1 ½ c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 medium carrot, finely chopped
    Hy-Vee salt, to taste
    Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

    • Colander
    • Large bowl

    Directions

    1. Prepare rotini according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Transfer to large bowl.

    2. Combine ranch dressing and cheese. Stir into rotini.

    3. Stir in broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, green onions and carrots. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    4. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
