Chai-Spiced Carrots

2 spiced Chai-flavored tea bags | ||
3 c. baby carrots | ||
Rind of 1/2 orange | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee butter |
Directions
- Bring water to boiling in a medium saucepan.
- Add tea bags and steep 4 minutes. Remove tea bags.
- Add carrots to the tea and cook until tender. Drain carrots and set aside.
- In the same pot, combine orange rind, honey and butter. Cook over low heat until butter melts.
- Stir in carrots and remove orange rind. Serve.
