1 lbs. Hy-Vee thick-sliced bacon, cut in pieces | ||
2 lbs. lean ground beef | ||
1 onion, chopped | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee kidney beans | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee red beans | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee pork & beans | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee ketchup | ||
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee vinegar | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee prepared mustard | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground mustard |
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown bacon; drain and place in slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown; drain and place in slow cooker.
- Add all other ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Turn setting to LOW and cook until heated through or until serving time.
