    ¼ c. lime juice
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    1 mango, peeled, cored and diced
    2 peaches, pitted and diced
    ¼ c. chopped cilantro
    ⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 lbs. tilapia fillets (about 4 fillets)
    Cajun seasoning, to taste

    Directions

    1. To make salsa, combine lime juice, honey, mango, peaches, cilantro and salt. Stir gently to combine. Set aside.
    2. Sprinkle tilapia fillets evenly with Cajun seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    3. Serve with peach mango salsa.
