    6 tbsp. buffalo wing hot sauce
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee skim milk
    4 (4 oz each) Hy-Vee natural boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
    ½ c. Bob's Red Mill almond meal

    Directions

    1. Combine wing sauce, milk and chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
    2. Drain off marinade and discard. Combine corn flake crumbs and almond meal in a shallow dish. Coat chicken breasts with corn flake mixture.
    3. Place breaded chicken breasts on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
    4. Serve with additional buffalo wing hot sauce and bleu cheese dressing, if desired.
