4 (4 oz each) Hy-Vee natural boneless, skinless chicken breasts | ||
1 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs | ||
½ c. Bob's Red Mill almond meal |
Directions
- Combine wing sauce, milk and chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
- Drain off marinade and discard. Combine corn flake crumbs and almond meal in a shallow dish. Coat chicken breasts with corn flake mixture.
- Place breaded chicken breasts on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Serve with additional buffalo wing hot sauce and bleu cheese dressing, if desired.
