    3 c. purchased broccoli coleslaw mix
    1 c. (2 small) unpeeled chopped red Delicious apples
    7 tbsp. raisins
    ½ c. fat-free mayonnaise
    ¼ c. unsweetened orange juice
    sugar substitute equal to 2 tablespoons sugar

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli coleslaw mix, apples and raisins.
    2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, orange juice and sugar substitute.
    3. Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
