    1(18.25 oz) pkg Hy-Vee blueberry muffin mix
    1Hy-Vee large egg
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee canola oil

    Directions

    1. Drain blueberries. Rinse and set aside.
    2. Beat together muffin mix, egg, milk and oil until smooth. Fold in blueberries.
    3. Cook on lightly greased hot griddle. Turn pancakes when bubbles appear.
