|1||(18.25 oz) pkg Hy-Vee blueberry muffin mix|
|1||Hy-Vee large egg|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee skim milk|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee canola oil|
- Drain blueberries. Rinse and set aside.
- Beat together muffin mix, egg, milk and oil until smooth. Fold in blueberries.
- Cook on lightly greased hot griddle. Turn pancakes when bubbles appear.
