    2 c.Hy-Vee buttermilk pancake and waffle mix
    1 ⅓ c.water
    1 c.fresh blueberries

    Directions

    1. Combine mix and water.
    2. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Sprinkle each pancake with a heaping tablespoon of blueberries. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges begin to look dry. Turn only once.
