    1 c. uncooked steel-cut oats
    3 c. boiling water
    1 c. 8th Continent vanilla soymilk
    ½ c. fresh blueberries
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee slivered almonds
    1 tbsp. Splenda

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine oats and water. Simmer uncovered 25 minutes without stirring.
    2. Stir in soymilk. Cook another 12 minutes without stirring.
    3. Stir in blueberries, almonds and Splenda before serving.
