Blueberry Almond Muffin Mix (Gift in a Jar)

|1 ¾ c.||Hy-Vee flour|
|2 ½ tsp.||Hy-Vee baking powder|
|½ tsp.||Hy-Vee salt|
|1||(4 oz) pkg Hy-Vee dried blueberries|
|1||(2 oz) pkg Hy-Vee sliced almonds|
|½ c.||packed Hy-Vee brown sugar|
|¾ c.||Hy-Vee skim milk|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee margarine, melted|
|1||Hy-Vee large egg, beaten|
- Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
- Layer flour mixture, blueberries, almonds and brown sugar attractively into a 1-quart jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Cover top of jar with fabric. Attach gift tag and a copy of this recipe with ribbon.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray. Pour contents of jar into a large bowl. Combine milk, margarine and egg in a small bowl. Stir milk mixture into muffin mix just until moistened. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups. Bake 16 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
