    1. Cook Candied Bacon: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lay bacon strips on foil-lined sheet pan and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Bake until edges begin to crisp, about 10 minutes. Transfer bacon to plate to cool. Discard foil and re-line sheet pan for cheeseburgers.

    2. Prepare Harissa Aioli: Combine harissa seasoning with 1 tablespoon each hot water and olive oil in small bowl; stir to make a spicy harissa paste. Combine harissa paste with mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon salt to make aioli. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    3. Roast Potatoes: Scrub potatoes, peel if desired and dice into 1/2-inch pieces. In medium bowl, toss potatoes with garlic Parmesan seasoning and 1 tablespoon olive oil; spread an even layer on separate foil-lined and greased sheet pan. Roast 15 to 20 minutes, turning potatoes once halfway through roasting.

    4. Prepare and Cook Burgers: Gently combine ground beef with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper and half blue cheese crumbles in medium bowl; shape 2 equal patties. Heat 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in skillet over high heat. Sear 1 minute on each side and transfer to reserved sheet pan. Top with remaining blue cheese; bake about 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees on an instant read thermometer. Warm ciabatta rolls in oven during the last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking.

    5. It's Mealtime! Remove potatoes from oven once tender and browned; toss in large bowl with half of the reserved harissa aioli. Divide potatoes between 2 plates. Place burgers on warmed ciabatta rolls, top with candied bacon and desired amount of remaining harissa.
