    1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
    ½ c. light mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lime juice
    4 (8-inch each) flour tortillas
    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee precooked bacon, divided
    2 c. Dole Romaine leaves, divided
    8 tomato slices, divided

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine mashed avocado with mayonnaise and lime juice. Stir well.
    2. Spread about 2 tablespoons of avocado mixture evenly over the top of each tortilla.
    3. Top each tortilla with 2 slices bacon, 1/2 cup Romaine leaves and 2 slices of tomato.
    4. Roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve.
