4 cube steaks (minute steaks) | ||
1 large onion, chopped | ||
2 tbsp. butter | ||
salt and pepper, to taste | ||
2 tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce | ||
½ c. white wine | ||
1 c. gluten-free sour cream | ||
2 tsp. prepared horseradish | ||
2 tsp. dill seed or chopped fresh dill |
Directions
- Brown minute steaks and onion lightly in butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and wine.
- Cover pan. Simmer 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
- In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish and dill. Stir into the steak mixture.
- Heat through for about 4 minutes.
- Serve over gluten-free cooked noodles, cooked dill-seasoned rice or nutmeg-seasoned mashed potatoes.
