4 cube steaks (minute steaks)
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce
½ c. white wine
1 c. gluten-free sour cream
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. dill seed or chopped fresh dill

Directions

  1. Brown minute steaks and onion lightly in butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and wine.
  3. Cover pan. Simmer 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish and dill. Stir into the steak mixture.
  5. Heat through for about 4 minutes.
  6. Serve over gluten-free cooked noodles, cooked dill-seasoned rice or nutmeg-seasoned mashed potatoes.
