16 oz. tempeh, thawed
18 oz. barbecue sauce
1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
12 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Cut tempeh into small cubes. Place in crockpot along with barbecue sauce, onion and green pepper. Stir well to combine ingredients.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Toast hamburger buns. Put 1/2 cup filling in each to serve.
