    2Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee canola oil
    dash(es)Hy-Vee ground nutmeg
    2 c.Hy-Vee old fashioned pancake and waffle mix
    1banana, chopped

    Directions

    1. Combine milk, eggs, oil and nutmeg. Whisk in pancake mix. Fold in bananas.
    2. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges begin to look dry. Turn only once.
