    1 (1.34 oz) pkg sugar-free chocolate cook-and-serve pudding mix
    ⅔ c. nonfat dry milk powder
    1 ½ c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. diced bananas
    ½ c. miniature marshmallows
    ¼ c. chopped walnuts

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and water.
    2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, until mixture thickens and starts to boil.
    3. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract. Place saucepan on a wire rack and allow to cool for 10 minutes, stirring again after 5 minutes.
    4. Add bananas, marshmallows and walnuts. Mix gently to combine.
    5. Evenly spoon mixture into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
