    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    juice of one large lemon
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon pepper
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    4 (3/4 pound each) halibut steaks

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper and salt. Stir well.
    3. Place fish on a greased baking sheet. Brush half of lemon pepper mixture over steaks.
    4. Bake for 5 minutes. Turn fish and brush with remaining lemon pepper mixture.
    5. Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
