    ½ tsp. ground cardamom
    ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

    Directions

    1. Combine paprika, cumin seed, black peppercorns, coriander seed, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg in a food processor or blender. Cover; process until finely ground. 

    2. Store covered in an airtight container up to 1 month.
