    3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    2 tbsp. dry red wine
    ½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 lbs. fresh salmon fillets
    1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil

    Directions

    1. In a shallow bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, wine, orange juice and cloves.
    2. Add salmon to teriyaki mixture, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes and up to 3 hours.
    3. Preheat broiler.
    4. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard marinade.
    5. Arrange salmon fillets, skin-side-down on a greased broiler pan.
    6. Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    7. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
