    1 ¼ lbs. ground beef
    2 (3 oz each) pkg Maruchan Oriental-flavored instant ramen noodles, broken up and seasoning packets reserved
    2 c. frozen broccoli, carrots and water chestnut blend
    2 c. water
    ¼ tsp. ground ginger
    2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is not pink. Break beef up into 3/4-inch crumbles.
    2. Remove meat from skillet with slotted spoon.
    3. Season beef with one seasoning packet from noodles and set aside.
    4. Pour off drippings.
    5. Place broken noodles in same skillet.
    6. Add vegetable mixture, water, ginger and remaining seasoning packet and bring to boil.
    7. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
    8. Return beef to skillet and heat through.
    9. Stir in green onions.
