    ¼ c. Hy-Vee soy sauce
    3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
    1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee sriracha sauce
    2 tsp. fresh ginger, finely grated
    ½ tsp. garlic cloves, minced
    1 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    4 (5-oz. each) fresh Scottish salmon fillets

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, sriracha sauce, ginger and garlic; set aside.
    2. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with olive oil. Place salmon portions in prepared dish with even space between. Pour the marinade evenly over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove cover and spoon the marinade in bottom of the dish over the top of the salmon fillets. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork (145 degrees).
