    1 c. Hy-Vee light salad dressing
    ½ c. Hy-Vee lemon yogurt
    2 (10 oz each) cans Hy-Vee breast of chicken
    1 c. halved green grapes
    1 c. cauliflower, cut in bite-sized pieces
    2 (2 oz each) pkg Hy-Vee slivered almonds, toasted
    1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee bagged romaine lettuce
    water crackers, for serving

    Directions

    1. Blend salad dressing and lemon yogurt in a large bowl.
    2. Add chicken, grapes, cauliflower and almonds. Mix lightly, coating chicken.
    3. Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
    4. At serving time, place chicken salad on top of romaine lettuce leaves.
    5. Serve with Hy-Vee Grand Selections water crackers.
    6. Refrigerate any leftovers.
