    2 large avocados, peeled and pitted
    16 slice(s) Hy-Vee center cut bacon
    2 (9-oz.) pkgs. Hy-Vee romaine lettuce
    1 pt. Hy-Vee grape tomatoes, halved
    1 c. Hy-Vee Caesar croutons
    ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
    Bottled dressing, such as Hy-Vee ranch dressing, for serving

    Directions

    1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees according to manufacturer’s directions. Cut each avocado into 8 wedges to create 16 total avocado wedges. Wrap one piece of bacon around each avocado wedge, trimming to fit if necessary.

    2. Place a single layer of bacon-wrapped avocados in preheated air fryer basket, seam side down. Air-fry 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until bacon is crisp. Repeat as necessary to cook remaining bacon-wrapped avocados.

    3. Meanwhile, toss together romaine, cherry tomatoes, croutons, and red onion in a large bowl. Divide romaine mixture between 4 serving plates; top each plate with air-fried bacon-wrapped avocadoes. Serve with desired dressing.
