Description

The dip of all dips, this is the one that no matter how much you make, it always seems to disappear. Good thing it's easy to double. Just use two 9-inch pie plates or one 9x13.

2 tbsp.Hy-Vee taco seasoning
1(16-oz.) can Hy-Vee fat-free refried beans
1 c.Hy-Vee salsa
1 c.Hy-Vee shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese
1 c.shredded lettuce
¼ c.Hy-Vee sliced olives
½ c.chopped tomatoes
1 bunch(es)green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Beat together cream cheese and taco seasoning. Spread on bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Layer refried beans, salt, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, olives, tomatoes and green onions on top. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
