    4 large ripe bananas, peeled and mashed, about 1-1/2 c.
    1 (15.25-oz.) box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
    ½ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans
    Hy-Vee powdered sugar, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray; set aside.

    2. Combine mashed bananas and cake mix in a medium bowl; stir well. Spread 1/3 batter in prepared pan; sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Repeat layers. Top with remaining batter.

    3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire cooling rack and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
