Caribbean Jerk Pork Tenderloin Meal

All you need:

  • 1/2 c. KC Masterpiece Caribbean Jerk marinade
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee honey
  • Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
  • 1 (24 oz) Hormel original-flavor pork tenderloin
  • 6 baked sweet potatoes
  • 3 c. Hy-Vee applesauce

All you do:

  1. Combine marinade, onion, garlic, honey, pepper and pork in a plastic resealable bag. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Remove tenderloin from marinade; discard marinade. Cook according to package directions.
  3. Serve with baked sweet potatoes and applesauce.
