Strawberry Walnut Romaine Salad

All you need:

  • 1/4 c. Hy-Vee canola oil
  • 3 tbsp Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee salt
  • 1 (12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee romaine garden blend
  • 1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
  • 2 ribs celery, sliced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee chopped walnuts

All you do:

  1. Whisk together oil, white wine vinegar, honey, ginger and salt. Refrigerate while assembling salad.
  2. In large bowl, combine salad blend, oranges, strawberries, celery and onions. Whisk dressing again and pour over salad. Toss and top with walnuts. Serve immediately.
