All you need:

  • 1 (4 pound) pkg Hy-Vee value pack pork loin country-style ribs
  • 1 1/4 c. Hy-Vee ketchup
  • 1/3 c. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (about 4 oz total)
  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee canola oil
  • 1 tsp Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp Hy-Vee ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

All you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and add ribs. Bake ribs 1-1/2 hours.
  2. Meanwhile, for barbecue sauce, in a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, chipotle peppers, brown sugar, water, vinegar, canola oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, celery salt, black pepper and paprika. Heat over medium heat until thickened, about 20 minutes.
  3. Turn ribs and coat with prepared barbecue sauce and continue to cook, turning and coating every 30 minutes until meat is tender and begins to fall apart, about 1-1/2 to 3-1/2 more hours.
